Members of Countryside Christian Church celebrated the season spreading cheer at the historic Jayhawk Theatre on Christmas Eve day as the church put on two musical worships Monday afternoon. Pastor Nate Bruns said the event was aimed to bring joy to all people.
Anyone who wanted to get on stage got to sing with the group, and kids were able to make an ornament to take home. The church partnered with the Topeka Rescue Mission to offer rides so more people could see the program.
