Establishing Healthy Boundaries in the New Year Coaching Group—8 weekly sessions starting February 18, 2019 from 6:30-8:30pm.

In your relationships, have you ever felt…
-yourself taking responsibility for someone else’s needs, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors at your own expense?
-attacked or criticized if you voice your own needs?
-like you’re not being heard?
-like everything is about them?

If you answered yes to any of these questions you may need to look at the boundaries you are setting for yourself and others in your life.

This 8 week series will take a deep dive into the content of establishing healthy relationships and will help you learn how to set healthy relational boundaries in the New Year by…

-Defining boundaries and identifying the healthy boundaries and unhealthy boundaries you have set in your life
-Discerning when it is appropriate to say ‘yes’ and when to say ‘no’
-Understanding what you are responsible for within your relationships
-Addressing problems caused by the unhealthy boundaries in your life & more.

Cost – $20 per session ($160 for 8 weeks. $140 if fee is paid in full upfront). One complimentary individual coaching session is included in the fee.

Your Facilitator:
Crystal Renaud Day is a certified professional coach. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Addiction Psychology from Liberty University and will complete her Masters in Pastoral Counseling/Life Coaching in May 2019. She holds six certifications in lay counseling specialties through the American Association of Christian Counselors and coaches women in the areas of sexual addiction recovery, negative thought or behavioral patterns, establishing boundaries, faith dilemmas/crisis of faith, exploring next steps and achieving goals, life/career transitions, and more. Crystal is the author of two books including Dirty Girls Come Clean (2011, Moody Publishers) and 90 Days to Wholeness (2014, self-published).

In a world where teen girls are under pressure to perform well in school, impress their friends and peers, take care of priorities at home, and plan for their future, they need a safe place to unwind and process these things as they figure out who they are and become young adults.

“Girl Talk” is a therapeutic support group for teen girls ages 15-18 sponsored by GateWay of Hope Ministries. The purpose of this group is to create a safe, confidential community for teen girls to discuss issues going on in their lives, including:

-Mental Health (Depression, Anxiety, managing stress, etc)
-Self-Esteem
-Body Image
-Conflict with parents
-Dating and Relationships
-Spiritual Issues
-Transitioning into adulthood
-Preparing for the future

The group will run for 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8pm beginning February 12 through March 19. It will be $20/session or $120 for 6 weeks. $100 if paid in full upfront. This will be a closed group and space is limited.
