DivorceCare will begin a new 13-week program on Sept.14, from 6:30-8pm, at Timothy Lutheran Church, 425 RD Mize Road, Room 102. DivorceCare features 13 weekly dynamic DVD seminars with 32 renowned experts on divorce and recovery. Participants become part of a small support group of people who are also experiencing separation and divorce. A special one-time workshop, Surviving the Holidays, will be held on Nov. 9, during the regularly-scheduled session.
DivorceCare is a nondenominational group with Biblical teaching. Topics include how to deal with anger, financial changes, loneliness and moving on, healing and growing closer to God.
