Fear-Not is a Support Group for those dealing with Anxiety and Depression. We offer support, understanding, information on how to deal with anxiety and depression, so it does not cripple our life. It is based on the Christian 12-Steps, ie Celebrate Recover, or Overcomers Outreach.
