Bible Foundation is promoting the October Bible Drive. People around the world are begging for Bibles. Even damaged and parts of old Bibles have use and value. Everyone can help. Old Bibles can feed hungry hearts.
English is widely used around the world and Bibles have been sent to over 75 countries. They go to hospitals, nursing homes, inner-city churches & ministries, rescue missions, ship ministries, prisons & jails, homeless shelters, street ministries, ethnic neighborhoods, migrant camps, individual ministries, remote villages around the world, homes, schools, bus stations, railway stations, small churches, halls and open-air meetings, and refugee camps. Many lives are transformed.
The October Bible Drive is the annual focus of the ongoing, year-round Bible program which makes it possible to help people like the person from Nigeria that wrote “I am begging you, please, please, Sir, help us with Bibles for distribution.”
Just about anyone can help in some way. Detailed information is available on the Internet. A list of collection centers, quotations from many countries showing the need and appreciation, suggestions for collecting Bibles and promoting the efforts, insight on how others have helped, plus much more is available.
