Three of the biggest names in Christian culture have teamed up for a Christmas special. The duo For King & Country, “The Chosen” TV series and the Museum of the Bible are presenting “A Silent Night at the Museum of the Bible. The streaming event is available beginning Saturday, Dec. 18 at 7pm Central until Monday.

“‘A Silent Night at Museum of the Bible’ gives families a chance to celebrate the joy of Christmas in a unique new way from the comfort of their homes,” said Harry Hargrave, CEO of Museum of the Bible. “It is our hope that this virtual event will become a holiday tradition.”

The presentation tells the Christmas story found in the gospel of Luke through the music and monologues of For King & Country. Filmed at national landmarks around Washington, D.C., and inside Museum of the Bible, a young drummer boy journeys to the manger, all synced to the soundtrack of the band’s popular album, “A Drummer Boy Christmas.”

The film features classic carols such as “Silent Night,” “Joy to the World” and original hit songs by For King & Country.. This special virtual experience also includes a short clip from the popular “The Chosen” television series highlighting the Christmas story, along with a performance from Franni Rae Cash Cain of We The Kingdom.

“For us, ‘A Silent Night’ is about celebrating the joy and wonder of the Christmas story in a way that can be shared in households around the country,” For King & Country said. “We’re thrilled to be celebrating the birth of Jesus in this festive and creative way, and we hope you’ll come along with us and tens of thousands of families watching online as we begin this holy season.”
