Child Evangelism Fellowship offers training sessions for Christmas Party Clubs

There is no better time to be a child than at Christmas. And there is no better gift than helping a child learn about the true meaning of the holiday.

Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) is equipping individuals, churches and organizations to spread the good news by hosting a Christmas Party Club through its Christmas Across Kansas City outreach. Participants will host a 75- to 90-minute event in a home, church, community center or other location.

CEF is the largest children’s ministry in the world. According to its website, “we are relentless in our pursuit to reach children with the gospel of Jesus Christ, teach them God’s word and connect them with local churches.”

CEF will provide free training, and it has Christmas Party Club kits available for purchase for $13.99. All volunteers will be screened at no charge to ensure compliance with the CEF child protection policy. Two training sessions are scheduled.

Register for either even by November 19 by contacting (816) 358-1138 or email kansascity@cfemissouri.org.

CEF also conducts several ongoing programs for people interested in child evangelism throughout the year. Good News Club is a voluntary afterschool Bible club that meets each week on public elementary school campuses, community centers or elsewhere. Clubs include a Bible lesson using colorful materials from CEF Press, songs, scripture memory, a missions story and games or other activities focused on the lesson’s theme.

5-Day Club is an exciting, fun-filled 90-minute event held each day for five consecutive days. It includes dynamic Bible lessons, creative learning activities, inspiring missionary story, meaningful songs and life-changing scripture memorization
