The production also features students of The Culture House School of Dance.

In addition to normal winter seasonal star tour stops such as constellations, planets, and deep-space objects, this holiday season our planetarium educators will also share with you the many ways in which faith connects with the night sky. Learn about the significance of astronomical bodies mentioned in the Quran, explore the lunar mechanics of the Hebrew calendar, investigate the possible astronomical origins of the Star of Bethlehem, and discover more about humanity’s many connections to the heavens. Only at the Arvin Gottlieb Planetarium!

The Kansas March & Rally for Life is held annually in Topeka to inspire our state legislators to stand boldly for life as they begin their legislative session. Together we’ll show our movement continues to be a powerful voice for the voiceless!
Schedule of Events
12:00 PM: Join pro-lifers in a march from the Topeka Performing Arts Center to the steps of the State Capitol. Bring your smiles and energy!
12:15 – 1:15 PM: Attend the Rally for Life on the south steps of the State Capitol. Hear inspiring speakers, learn about this year’s legislative agenda, and more. Afterwards, if you haven’t already, you can walk through the AFTERMATH Display & Memorial, meet with legislators, take a Capitol tour, or watch the legislature in action.
