Instructions for calendar event submissions:
- FREE submissions of family-friendly events, concerts, seminars, conferences, monthly meetings and classes, etc., are subject to content and relevancy review and editing. Priority is given to churches and non-profit organizations because we especially want to support those organizations that support us. Businesses that run advertising with us may also list events.
- Events may be submitted at any time. You will be notified by automated email once the event is “live” on the website. Please use the form below to submit your calendar event.
- When inputting your phone number, use this format: 555-555-1234. Notice that hyphens are used and not ( ) nor periods separating the numbers.
- When including your web address, DO NOT use www. It should read like this: http://yourwebaddress.com
- In addition to your item being included for free on our popular community website, it may also be highlighted as a featured calendar event in one of our weekly email newsletters. By submitting your event for digital publication, you agree to receive the email so that you can view how we promoted your event to our readers.
- While the calendar is a FREE service, it is not free to produce. Thank you for supporting us through your advertising budget or monthly donation of $5 or more.
