Instructions for calendar event submissions:

  1. FREE submissions of family-friendly events, concerts, seminars, conferences, monthly meeting and classes, etc., are subject to content and relevancy review and editing. Because of the popularity of the events calendar, priority is given to churches and non-profit organizations because we especially want to support those organizations that support us. Businesses that run advertising with us may also have their events listed.
  2. Events may be submitted at any time and will go “live” once they are reviewed. You will be notified by automated email once the event is “live” on the website. Please use the form below to submit your calendar event.
  3. When inputting your phone number, use this format:  555-555-1234.  Notice that hyphens are used and not ( ) nor periods separating the numbers.
  4. When including your web address, DO NOT use www.  It should read like this:  http://yourwebaddress.com
  5. For monthly meetings, please contact us directly. Because of the great diversity of information and meetings times in each listing, these events must be personally added to the calendar by our staff.  Just click here and send us a note with your information.
  6. In addition to your item being included for free on our popular community website, it may also be highlighted as a featured calendar event in one of our weekly digital newsletters. The newsletter has become extremely popular with our former print readers and our thousands of new website visitors (We are now the #1 Christian website in the region). The newsletter includes photos and headlines linking to interesting and inspiring stories, movie, streaming and other reviews, testimonials and featured calendar events. By submitting your event for digital publication, you agree to receive the email so that you can view how we promoted your event on our website and to our newsletter readers.
  7. While the calendar is a FREE service we do appreciate those organizations that support us through their advertising budget. Churches and other non-profits get our lowest rates! For a full, complete and eye-catching listing of your information and for greater reach and response from our readers, please consider a web ad.
