Kansans for Life Announces Leadership Changes

Kansans for Life is excited to announce several key staff leadership changes as the organization continues to grow and strengthen its mission to protect life at every stage.

Danielle Underwood, who has served as KFL’s Director of Communications since 2021, will now serve as Associate Executive Director, working alongside Executive Director Peter Northcott. In her new role, Underwood’s strategic leadership and passion for defending vulnerable lives will continue to play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of KFL.

Mackenzie Ayers, formerly Deputy Communications Director, has been promoted to Director of Communications. She will now oversee KFL’s communications and serve as the primary media contact. Ayers has played a key role in building KFL’s digital strategy, media outreach, and messaging around major educational campaigns and legislative efforts.

Amanda Grosserode, who previously served as KFL Political Action Committee (KFL PAC) Director, will pioneer the new role of Director of Advocacy. In this expanded position, Grosserode will lead KFL’s community outreach efforts while continuing to oversee PAC activity. Her wealth of experience in both public policy development and statewide grassroots organizing makes her a strong voice for pro-life Kansans.

To accommodate the team’s growth and volunteer involvement, KFL is also moving its Overland Park area offices to a new space that will better support the organization’s mission-driven educational goals.
