Every year, tens of thousands of pro-lifers converge on the National Mall and march on Capitol Hill on the anniversary of the Supreme Court’s 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling which legalized abortion in all 50 states. It’s the largest annual human rights demonstration in the world. But this is not just a protest… TOGETHER, WE GATHER TO CELEBRATE LIFE. We celebrate each and every life, from the moment of conception. We envision a world where every life is celebrated, valued, and protected.

Join us for events from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

In addition to the March and Rally, events include workshops, pro-life educational booths, capitol tours, visiting legislators, and attending general legislative sessions and committees. Featured rally speakers are Executive Director of Democrats for Life of America Kristen Day and Kansas Republican National Committee Woman Kim Borchers. Catholic youth event at Topeka Performing Arts Center (TPAC) in the morning hosted by the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas.

Tentative Schedule:

10:30 a.m. – Catholic Mass at TPAC
10:30 a.m. – Non-denominational prayer service in Capitol Visitor Center Auditorium
Noon – March starts at TPAC and goes to the capitol.
12:15 p.m. – Rally for Life on south steps of the capitol
Freewill-offering lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Parents and their children are invited to attend our Round-Up for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year. Time slots are available from 9am to 11am on Friday, January 28th.

Children will participate in activities and be assessed for school readiness by Whitefield’s kindergarten teacher. The assessments are based not primarily on academics but on development. Social skills, emotional skills, and behavioral skills are at the forefront of the assessment.

While the children spend time in the classroom, parents who are new to our school will be able to tour the building and learn about all things Whitefield.

Children who are entering Kindergarten must be 5 on or before September 1st. Children who are entering Pre-Kindergarten must be 4 on or before September 1st. All children must be potty-trained. Parents will be able to choose between half-day or full-day for the 2022-2023 school year.
