Who You Say I Am- Art Gallery Exhibition

Located at Beggars Table Gallery in the Crossroads district of downtown KC, “Who You Say I Am” is a visual exploration of identity, self-worth, and faith.

Artist Jenny Eickbush examines the lies she believed about her identity in her late teens and early 20s. Each painting confronts a lie; pairing words from old journal entries, with the words of scripture that expose their falseness. A boyfriend says, “You are a burden to love.” A teacher says, “You will never succeed.” But God says, “You are my masterpiece.” (Ephesians 2:10)

Joyfully colorful with lyrical figures, these beautiful mixed media paintings remind us of our true worth in Christ. No matter where you are in your journey, you have value. You are worthy of love. You ARE loved.
