Saturday walk lets you make a difference for the unborn

Advice & Aid Pregnancy Centers will hold their annual Walk for Life on Saturday, June 3 from 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at their Overland Park office located at 10901 Granada Lane. The 2017 Walk, titled Friend: Loving At All Times, is a celebration of the life-affirming work done at the center for the unborn. It serves as a fundraiser to help aid families and women facing an unplanned pregnancy. The 2-mile walk is a fun, family event that includes face-painting, balloon animals, prizes, KC Wolf, Mac from the Missouri Mavericks, a bouncy house, and food provided by Chris Cakes.

If you are interested in participating in the walk, you can join an existing team, or create a new team yourself. Visit www.aapcwalk.org and click on the Participate button for more information. There is also the option to simply give a donation of any size to the event by choosing the Give button.

Regardless of how much or little you may be able to sponsor, please join us for the walk on June 3 to show your support and celebrate life with us!

Advice & Aid helps women and their families make an educated decision about an unplanned pregnancy by providing evidence-based medical information about parenting, adoption and abortion. We provide a safe, confidential and caring environment because an unplanned pregnancy can be a very stressful time.

With over 30 years of experience, we have discovered that these complex situations take the support of the whole community to equip women for what may lie ahead. At Advice & Aid, we give advice and information to women so they can make an educated decision and we provide aid in a loving environment.
