Sight & Sound To Stream Productions
Wonder Project partnership began July 30
Watching a performance at Sight & Sound Theatre is a must for many families visiting Branson. Now anyone can stream these productions at home.
Sight & Sound partnered with Wonder Project to make one Sight & Sound production available to stream every two weeks for the fall season. Wonder Project, a subscription streaming service available on Amazon’s Prime Video platform, specializes in Christian-themed entertainment.
Sight & Sound, founded in 1936 by Glenn and Shirley Eshelman, is considered to be the largest faith-based theater company in the nation. Audiences in Branson and Pennsylvania experience biblical theater performances with live animals, vibrant costumes and original music, as Metro Voice has reported in several reviews. The company’s productions used to be presented only live in theaters. It has since expanded to other platforms, including its first feature film, “I Heard the Bells,” in 2022.
Here’s what will stream
Wonder Project’s faith-based streaming platform will provide Sight & Sound performances, including: “Jesus,” “Ruth,” “Moses,” “Noah,” “Queen Esther,” “David,” “Samson,” “Daniel” and “Miracle of Christmas” on Prime Video in the United States. For many, streaming Sight & Sound’s productions means bringing generational childhood experiences to millions of American homes.

“Few organizations have earned the level of trust and lasting connection with audiences that Sight & Sound has built over generations,” said Ani Haftvani, senior vice president of programming and content acquisitions for Wonder Project. “Their productions have become part of family traditions and a milestone experience for kids growing up across the country.”
Haftvani says the partership is an exclusive subscription video on\-demand offering giving Wonder audiences new opportunities to experience these stories together throughout the fall.
Wonder Project is known for such popular streaming series as “House of David” and the new movie “Young Washington.”
Meanwhile, the current production of “David” continues at the Sight & Sound’s Branson theater through October 8.
