Lee Hartman is the Managing Editor/Publisher of the Topeka/NE Kansas Metro Voice, and also contributes to the Kansas City edition. Lee contributes to many of the articles and also writes a monthly blog for the Kansas paper, which can also be found online. He also heads up the ad sales department.
