Thirty-one percent of Americans say Easter is their favorite holiday candy, followed by Halloween candy (29 percent) and Christmas candy (24 percent).
When it comes to Easter candy in Missouri and Kansas, Reese’s peanut butter eggs are No. 1. It is the most popular candy in both states, a new poll from Door Dash found.
The 10 most popular candies are:

- Peeps marshmallow chicks candy.
- Ferrero Rocher fine hazelnut chocolate Easter bunny.
The poll found several other interesting facts about how Americans celebrate Easter:
- Easter entrees: This year, Easter revelers have a lot to look forward to, with 70 percent of Americans planning to partake in a special Easter meal, whether it’s a festive brunch or traditional dinner.
- Sip, sip, hooray: Data revealed a 165 percent spike in champagne orders the day before and on Easter in 2023, with a more than 50 percent spike in orange juice, too, as mimosa enthusiasts enjoyed this classic brunch cocktail.
- What’s Easter without an egg hunt?: While the beloved tradition is a highlight of the holiday for many kids, nostalgia for the classic game runs deep with adults, with 74 percent of Easter revelers claiming that egg hunts should be for adults, too.
- Building your basket: When it comes to Easter baskets, personalization is preferred. Seventy percent of those celebrating Easter plan to buy an empty basket and fill it with their curated items vs. buying premade.
